I provide individual, family and group therapy for adolescents, college-aged young adults, and adults in a supportive and open minded environment. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, & IFS), I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their experiences, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful and lasting change.
The teen and young adult years can bring unique challenges—navigating identity, academic pressures, relationships, independence, and major life decisions. Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to process difficult experiences, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping.
Who I Work Best With
I work best with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating periods of change, emotional stress, or difficult life experiences and are looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves and move toward healing.
Many of my clients are:
Teens and college students managing academic stress, anxiety, relationships, major life changes, identity exploration, or life transitions
Those working through the effects of past trauma or overwhelming experiences
Clients experiencing anxiety, depression, or persistent stress
Teens and adults seeking support for ADHD, Autism, executive functioning challenges, or emotional regulation
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and all about the person sitting in front of me and meeting you where you are. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, heard and supported as we work toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don’t have to navigate things alone. If you’re looking for support for yourself or your teen, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
You can reach out to schedule a free consultation where we can briefly talk about what you’re looking for in therapy and determine whether my approach feels like a good fit.
